This Privacy Notice explains how Priorio.ai (“Priorio”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and safeguards personal information when you visit our website or use our platform.
1. Information we collect
- Account information — name, work email, organisation, role, hashed password.
- Billing information — handled entirely by our billing partner Paddle. We never see or store your full card number; we receive only a customer ID, subscription status, and transaction metadata.
- Product usage — call recordings, transcripts, enquiries, leads, social posts, and other content you or your users add to the modules you subscribe to.
- Technical data — IP address, browser type, device, cookies, and log data collected automatically when you use the Service.
2. How we use your information
We process personal information to:
- Provide, secure, and improve the Service you subscribe to.
- Process payments and manage your subscription (via Paddle).
- Send transactional emails (login, invoices, security alerts).
- Respond to your questions and support requests.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
3. Legal bases
Where GDPR or similar laws apply, we rely on performance of a contract (delivering the Service), legitimate interest (security, product improvement), consent (for optional communications), and legal obligation (tax and accounting records).
4. Sharing your information
We share personal data only with:
- Sub-processors that host or power the Service — e.g. our hosting provider, Paddle (payments), OpenAI (AI analysis), Aircall (call telephony), Google APIs (AI Leads), Meta (AI Social).
- Authorities, if we are legally required to do so.
- Advisors (accountants, lawyers), under confidentiality obligations.
We never sell your personal data.
5. International transfers
Some of our sub-processors are located outside your country. When they are, transfers are safeguarded by Standard Contractual Clauses, adequacy decisions, or equivalent mechanisms.
6. Data retention
We retain personal data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to fulfil legal, accounting, and reporting requirements. You can request deletion at any time (see below).
7. Your rights
Depending on your location, you have the right to:
- Access, correct, or delete your personal data.
- Object to or restrict certain processing.
- Port your data to another provider.
- Withdraw consent, where processing is based on consent.
- Lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

8. Security
We use industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect your data: TLS in transit, encryption at rest for sensitive fields, least-privilege access, audit logging, and regular security reviews. No system is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Cookies
We use a small number of first-party cookies to keep you signed in and to remember basic preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. Paddle sets its own cookies during checkout — see their privacy notice for details.
10. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.
11. Changes to this notice
We will update this notice when practices change. Material changes will be announced by email or via an in-product notice at least 30 days in advance.
